Awareness

Becoming aware is not a clear-cut territory..
Awareness can grow constantly, like an everlasting learning process,
whereby new facets of life clarify themselves..

As long as you are interested in things that move the unconscious, there will be new
and interesting situations on your path that can expand and enrich your life.

In fact it is a constantly changing pattern between getting aware (learning process)
and awareness (using all the learned things in a natural and aware state).

Natural means as much as: truly, without masks, be who you really are, to be aware.

All these elements are even more important for people who are high sensitive.
When someone comes into a new situation, he can choose to:

  • try to grow and learn from the situation or
  • turn away from growth and changes.
Every human being is free to make the choices he wants or wishes,
but when a situation is coming back again and again,
which means there is a situation that screams! for attention,
he will be forced by internal and external factors to make a choice.

When someone made the choice to solve the problem, he will have to focus on
and be fully aware of the situation.
It doesn’t matter if it is about a physical, emotional or psychical problem.
When someone has a problem, he cannot deny all the time the problems he is in.
If you want to have the control over the situation by yourself for a longer period,
you will need to take care and spend time at the problem.

When necessary (or desired) there are different kinds of therapies, where energetic massage
can be of great benefit.
On the one side energetic blockades are cleaned, which clears the way for an improved circulation.
On the other hand it gives peace and rest to get a clear view and insight.

There are a lot of other options to expand your consciousness, like meditation and yoga,
but also all kinds of psychological support.
For a lot of people though, it’s enough when they can solve the problems they’re facing
and can take 100% control of their own life again.
